Being in tourism and MICE industry in Vietnam for over 14 years, Indochina MICE and its mother company “Hanoi Sky Travel and Event” think it is important and fundamental that a traveler respects the heritage and environment of those nations he explores. Being responsible in tourism means to create better places for people to live in, and better places to visit.
As a responsible Vietnam tour operator, Indochina MICE has been trying to do our best to minimize the amount of money that leaves the country via international hotel chains and similar routes by using Vietnam hotels and service providers wherever practical. We use local hotels and suppliers where possible. Being responsible in MICE, we tried to support the delivery of local cuisine and wine, local entertainment and arts and cultural events. Besides, with our events and tours, we always tried to practice on: Energy consumption; Greenhouse gas emissions; Water savings; and Waste sent to landfill where possible.
Indochina MICE also take our responsibility towards protecting the culture and environment of the country in which we work very seriously. We work with our Tourism Association, NGOs and local communities to support initiatives to use Vietnam tourism as a means of improving the income of local people.
Apart from building in visits to worthy undertakings of one kind and another into a Vietnam travel package or event, we also collaborate with specific social and environmental projects. The pages in this section of our web site describe some of the enterprises we support.

An ancient village on the outskirts of Hanoi: legendary, simple, beautiful, friendly and delicious! A trip to trace back the origin of Vietnam’s culture, traditions and history where people can experience the real life of the countryside, getting in touch with locals, chatting with them and participate also to their daily life and farming. They can help with plowing or making rice beds, transplanting seedlings, harvesting rice (or other products depending on the harvest season), leading water buffaloes, planting vegetable, catching fishing ….

Under construction now and plan to welcome travelers in November 2021. It is situated in one of the old village which is famous with snow shan tea, named Chung Trinh village. The Ta Xua Ecolodge offer a nice mountain view, on the way to the Dragon Back Mountaine, upon a hill of “H’Mong Apple” trees, 50-year-old snow shan tea garden, and the village is home to traditional village of the H’Mong ethnic minority. This is a relaxing and peaceful place, where visitors can be surrounded by nature and rediscover a sustainable way of living.
