Drive to Hoi An for dinner and then you will spend the night in Hoi An.

Breakfast at hotel. Transfer to Hoian town (35 km). On the way, you’ll have a brief look at the remarkable Hindu statuary in the Cham museum. We will explore a nearby stone-cutting craft village.

Enjoy a walking tour around the historic town. Exploring the many Chinese assembly halls and fascinating ancestral homes. One of the most spectacular Assembly Halls is the Phuc Kien Assembly Hall, built in 1690. The pagoda inside contains intricate statues and artwork, in part dedicated to Thien Hau Than Mau, the Goddess of the Sea and protector of fishermen. Walking tour of the ancient town center takes us to the sites of former merchants’ homes, the 400-year old Japanese Covered bridge - The symbol of Hoian. 

Have your lunch at Brother’s Café in Hoi An.

Afternoon, we will enjoy Amazing Sunset Cocktail cruise on Thu Bon river. Admire a glorious sunset while enjoying cocktails with the company and colleague. A perfect way to start the evening. The sun is low in the sky and the wind is gentle. Excellent calm water cruising. A complimentary cocktail is served upon boarding, having some snack and setting the scene for the unforgettable evening ahead.

Tonight, enjoy Hoi An Heritage Night at Nam Long Restaurant. You will spend the night in Hoian. 

In the morning, you’ll join a cooking class at the Red Bridge Restaurant. After visiting a market to purchase ingredients, a boat will take you along Hoi An River to the restaurant where you can investigate its herb and vegetable garden before learning how to cook traditional Vietnamese dishes. There will be a Master Chef competition between teams at the restaurant. After lunch at the restaurant, your time will be free. You’ll spend the night in Hoi An.
