Activity details

Day 1: Hanoi Arrival

All delegates arrive independently.
Transfers may be pre-booked once we have individual/group flight numbers we will arrange a meet and greet service at Noi Bai airport.

We can also offer onsite event management providing one point of contact throughout the event and the smooth running of the event. Check in hotel.

Our coordinator can arrange room drops for your delegates such as corporate gifts and company branded welcome itineraries.

Guests to enjoy a welcome BBQ dinner in the gardens of your hotel.

Day 2: Meetings – Treasure Hunts

Afternoon Treasure Hunt around Hanoi old Quarter
City Hunt is a two to three hours inter-active game to find out more about the history,
culture and leisure shopping. The guests will be divided into smaller groups
(max 10 persons per group), equipped with paper and some Dong (Vietnamese Money).
The tasks will be very diverse: physical tasks have to be accomplished such as filling a bottle of water by a spoon, learn some Vietnamese words in order to proceed to how to bargain or purchase the target items, next steps try to taste as much as food streets…
Dinner at Madam Hien Restaurant or similar, Indulge your senses and enjoy a bounteous selection of Vietnamese dishes on the beautiful French Villa Restaurants.

Day 3: Meetings – Gala dinners

Afternoon sightseeing in Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum to learning the great liberator of Vietnamese people, then visit the former presidents house on stilts where he lived from 1958 to 1969. His former home illustrates the modesty of this Vietnamese revolutionary.
Evening Farewell Gala Dinner, you will enjoy the awesome dinners in one of the most attractions in City with traditional music band and delicious Vietnamese food.
